In addition to his wrestling related performances he has also made other media appearances, some of which were acting roles. Most noticeably Emil starred in a spectacular Dutch reality series called “Hollandse Krijgers” (Dutch Warriors), which aired on Veronica during 2008 and 2009.

Emil has also expressed interest in media on a different level. His is a graduate from the University of Utrecht with a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre- Film- & Television Studies (2008), and a Master’s degree in Film & Television Sciences (2010). He also worked as an editor for Dutch television production company Eyeworks (2009).
